Tuula Pere (b. 1958) is Ph.D. in Law and a children's author from Helsinki, Finland. Before her doctoral research, Tuula Pere had a career of over two decades as a lawyer and in various expert and executive positions in heavy industries.
Tuula Pere has published over 60 children's books in Finnish and English since 2010. Many of them have also been translated into multiple other languages, including Swedish, Russian, Ukrainian, Estonian, French, Italian, and Spanish. She has also published poetry and a bilingual book of aphorisms for children.
Tuula Pere is an avid music and sports enthusiast and a keen baker. She is married and a mother of three.
